TO: All Carrier, Terminal, and CES Operators

SUBJECT: CBP Quarterly Operators Meetings

DATE: March 12, 2026

BACKGROUND:

These meetings are designed to address concerns and issues specific to each operator’s area of responsibility and to ensure an open dialogue between CBP and its external stakeholders.

PURPOSE:

The below meetings are scheduled to discuss issues and concerns specific to the operators/entity listed below. For this quarter, each meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the Port Director Conference Room at 1210 Corbin St. Elizabeth, NJ 07201. The below delineates the meeting time for each listed operator/entity type.

CES Operators – 9:00 am
Ocean Carriers – 11:00 am
Marine Terminal Operators – 1:00 pm
Port Authority- 2:00 pm
