CSMS # 67557993 - Resolved – ACE Reports 524 Time Out Error
On January 29, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection deployed an update to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Reports application. This update resolves the increased occurrence of 524 (time-out) errors that some users experienced when running reports. This issue was limited to running reports in ACE and did not impact trade operations.
