The purpose of this Information Bulletin is to advise the trade community and all other interested parties that the new Centralized Examination Station (CES) for the Port of Charleston will commence operations on January 26, 2026. East Coast Warehouse and Distribution has been selected as the authorized Centralized Examination Station (CES) for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Effective January 26, 2026, all CBP Transfers for Exam (TFE), Permits to Transfer (PTT), or any import/export cargo designated for physical examination will be routed to the CBP/East Coast CES facility located at:

2035 Sewanee Road, Suite 102

North Charleston, SC 29405
