CSMS # 67129332 - Now Available: Expanded User Access to ACE Portal Refund Authorization Feature – Deployment Support Call Set for TODAY

On December 16, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enhanced the Automated Commercial Environment Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) to enable additional account user access to the ACH Refund Authorization tab under the Importer sub-account view.
