Update to the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements – Appendix F has been posted to CBP.gov.

The following license type code has been added:

License Code C78

Description: Syria Peace and Prosperity (SPP) Part 740.5 of the BIS Export Administration Regulations (EAR). EAR99 may be reported as an ECCN.
Export License Number: Report ‘SPP’
ECCN: Mandatory EAR99
Allowed Export Info Codes: All except UG, FS, FI
Allowed MOT Codes: All except ‘70’ (Fixed Transport)
License Value Required: NO
