CSMS # 66063879 - Updated ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106: FY26 Customs User Fees

The FY26 Customs User Fees deployed to the Certification and Production environments on August 28, 2025.

The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2025. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2025, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2025.

The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106 has been updated to include the FY26 Customs User Fees and will be posted under the Chapters: Current Capabilities tab.
