This quota is expected to oversubscribe at Opening Moment.

The Trade may transmit the quota entry summaries in ACE on October 1, 2025, from 12:00 AM (midnight) local port time until 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (ET) only. Please immediately report transmission problems to the ACE Client Representative and HQ Quota and Agriculture Branch (QAB). Notification delays may result in exclusion from the opening.

If entry summaries are reported early or late (after 12 Noon ET or before 12 Midnight (Local Time), they will not be processed for the opening; however, early transmissions may be retransmitted within the proper range of time. Entry summaries with transmission issues submitted late will be reviewed and handled by QAB on a case-by-case basis.
