This Public Information Notice is intended to make notice of a Change in Permit to Transfer (PTT) process for the Port of Houston Seaport. With the exception of perishable goods (produce), the importer or broker that is responsible for each shipment must notify CBP, via email or phone, of their preferred Centralized Examination Station (CES) location. This change is intended to streamline the inspection process and ensure timely coordination of agricultural inspections and releases.
