CSMS # 65533669 - Air Manifest transmissions receiving "199 CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION" Rejection

CBP is aware that some Air Manifest transmissions received a "199 CALL CBP FOR EXPLANATION" Reject.

The issue has been corrected. Air Manifest Participants should retransmit any affected air waybills.
