CSMS # 65324476 - UPDATE: Planned Implementation of Additional Required Data Elements for Enforcing Sanctions on Russian Diamonds and Seafood – Seafood Disclaim Now Available for CERT Testing
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to begin collecting additional required data elements in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for merchandise subject to sanctions on Russian diamonds and seafood. This automation supports Executive Order 14114.
CBP recently added the functionality for disclaiming certain seafood imports, which is now available for testing in the Certification (CERT) environment.
