Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2518 was created on May 13, 2025, and contains 23 Harmonized Tariff Records and 79 ABI records. Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2519 was created on May 14, 2025, and contains 1 Harmonized Tariff Record and 1 ABI record.

HSU 2518 includes adjustments to tariffs 9903.01.25 and 9903.01.63 per Executive Order for Reciprocal Tariff Rates, modifications required by the verification of the 2025 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and PGA updates. For more information on the Reciprocal Tariff adjustments, please see Presidential Executive Order. HSU 2519 includes a correction to reciprocal tariff 9903.01.63.

In support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGA) an FDA tariff flag was updated from FD3 to FD1 for HTS 0301.11.0090 Live Ornamental Fish; Freshwater; Other and for HTS 0511.91.0010 Fertilized Fish Eggs.
