The purpose of this message is to update to the previously issued CSMS #64472173, dated March 19, 2025, to include additional subheadings on the list of commodities of energy and energy resources from Canada.

Attached is an updated list of energy and energy resources of Canada, as defined by HTS 9903.01.13. This is a full replacement of the previous list attached in the March 19, 2025, CSMS message.
