CSMS # 64484038 - Updating Permitted Customs Broker Listing on cbp.gov
CBP makes the Permitted Customs Broker Listing available to the public at https://www.cbp.gov/about/contact/brokers-listing and updates it quarterly. The list includes the following data pulled from the Street (Physical) Address information displayed in the broker’s National Permit record in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE):
- FILER CODE
- PERMITTED BROKER NAME
- CITY, STATE
- PHONE NUMBER
- EMAIL ADDRESS
If broker information in the Permitted Customs Broker Listing is not current, the broker is responsible for updating their permit record address information displayed in the ACE Secure Data Portal:
- Organizational Broker view
- National Permit tab
- Address tab
- Select Street (Physical) Address hyperlink
- Add/change the address, email and/or phone number
When CBP updates the CBP.gov Permitted Customs Broker Listing page, the information added or changed in ACE will display.
If brokers do not have an ACE portal account, they must submit the requested update to the Broker Management Officer at the processing Center through which the broker’s license was issued.
NOTE: All permitted brokers are responsible for ensuring their office of record street (physical) address and email information is current in ACE per 19 CFR 111.30(a).
