CBP Regulations and Rulings has published Ruling H332753 Apportionment of Merchandise Processing Fees on Direct Identification Drawback Claims.

This ruling provides information regarding the correct method for apportioning merchandise processing fees (MPF) on a drawback claim. This ruling may be accessed on the Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) at the following link: https://rulings.cbp.gov/home.

Claimants should work directly with the drawback office where their unliquidated claim(s) are on file should it be necessary to amend or perfect a claim in accordance with the ruling.
