CSMS # 61149923 - Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2409/Section 201 Bifacial Update

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2409 was created on June 26th, 2024, and contains 261 ABI records and 79 harmonized tariff records. This update contains modifications mandated by the 484 (F) Committee, the Committee for Statistical Annotation of the Tariff Schedules, effective July 1, 2024.

Please Note: Specific list of 484(f) modifications will not be posted on USITC website found here until July 1st, 2024.

This update also includes the addition of HTS 9903.45.29 for Section 201 Bifacial Exclusions. Additional communication with further details, information and guidance on Section 201 bifacial exclusions is forthcoming. Please see FRN 89 FR 53333.
