CSMS # 60337082 - ACE Portal Modernization: Additional Features Now Available

U.S. Customs and Border Protection recently deployed the following updates in the modernized ACE Portal:

An Account Owner can now:

Edit the phone number and email address information for contacts under the top account.
Remove contacts from the top account (excluding the Account Owner and the Account Manager).

When an organizational broker employee’s employment duration is end-dated (under the Employee tab), the employee is now automatically removed from the list of licensed brokers under the Licensed Broker tab.
When creating a declaration, the system now automatically checks for duplicate Harmonized Tariff Schedule numbers, case numbers, and Manufacturer IDs before submission is permitted.
