CSMS # 59847491 - Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2404

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2404 was created on March 15, 2024, and contains 338 harmonized tariff records and 2,083 ABI records.

HSU 2404 includes several PGA HTS flag updates as well as adjustments required by the verification of the 2024 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).

In support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGAs): for the USDA Agriculture Marketing Service’s National Organics Program, the AM7 flag was removed from 196 HTS codes. In addition, the AM7 flag was changed to AM8 on 88 HTS codes. Also, one HTS flag was updated for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
