CSMS # 58388831 - Updated ‘ACE Tips for Filing EPA Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)’ is now available

An update to the ‘ACE Tips for Filing EPA Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)’ provides an overview of the program and tips for filing that can help clarify what is filed when and avoid potential filing errors. The HFC Tips Sheet is available here: https://www.cbp.gov/document/fact-sheets/ace-tips-filing-epa-hfcs

The HFC Filing Tips sheet content, along with other useful information, will be covered in an upcoming webinar hosted by CBP on November 14, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. This webinar was announced in TRADE EVENTS on November 1, 2023.

The HFC filing requirements and capabilities are expected to be in Production in ACE in early January 2024. A future CSMS will be sent to confirm the actual date.
