Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2313 was created on November 7, 2023, and contains 32 Automated Broker Interface (ABI) records and 10 harmonized tariff records.

HSU 2313 includes the modifications to HTS records including the rates for Pecan, class code 124 and Christmas Tree, class code 125 that were recently implemented in Production following Collections Release 7 deployment.
