CSMS # 56034434 - Use Correct ACE Portal URL in Bookmarks, Links, and Shortcuts

All bookmarks, links, and shortcuts to the ACE Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) must use the following URL:

https://ace.cbp.gov

The ACE Portal URL was updated during the ACE Portal modernization process. While the outdated URL is still operational and will take users through the login steps for the modernized ACE Portal, it only grants access to the legacy ACE Portal.

When users log in using the updated URL – https://ace.cbp.gov – users are directed to the login steps for the modernized ACE Portal and are granted access to both the modernized ACE Portal and the legacy ACE Portal (via the “Legacy ACE Portal” link in the References tab).

As the ACE Portal modernization moves forward, functionality migrated to the modernized ACE Portal, including broker reporting tools, is gradually being eliminated from the legacy ACE Portal. In addition, other functionality has not yet been migrated and is only available in the legacy ACE Portal. Later this year, the migration of all portal functionality will be complete and the legacy ACE Portal will be retired.
