U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is hosting a virtual webinar on the de minimis process and the expansion of the 321 Data Pilot scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. ET.

Webinar participants will hear from CBP about the dos and don’ts for claiming the de minimis exemption, the difference between the Section 321 Data Pilot and the Entry Type 86 Test, and how to participate in the Data Pilot.
