An updated ACE Development and Deployment Schedule has been posted to CBP.gov/ACE.
In this update, please see changes to the ACE Development and Deployment Schedule below:
- Removed Global Business Identifier (GBI) following a successful deployment on December 17, 2022.
- Removed Vessel Entrance and Clearance System (VECS) following a successful deployment on December 19, 2022.
- Removed Broker Modernization – Updates to Broker Reporting following a successful deployment on December 19, 2022.
- Removed Broker Modernization – Transition to National Broker Permit following a successful deployment on December 19, 2022.
- Updated ACE Portal Modernization – Phase 2 with an anticipated deployment date of October 2022-January 2023.
- Updated ACE Portal Modernization – Phase 3 with an anticipated deployment date of December 2022-February 2023.
- Updated Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Region Alert with an anticipated deployment date of March 18, 2023.
- Updated ACE Currency Exchange Rates with modified capability highlights.
- Added HTS Go-Live with an anticipated deployment date of Spring 2023.
- Added Automated Surety Interface (ASI) Seized Assets and Case Tracking System (SEACATS) with an anticipated deployment date of Spring 2023.
- Added UFLPA Detentions Process Related to Forced Labor with an anticipated deployment date of May 2023.
- Added Immediate Delivery with an anticipated deployment date of September 2023.
- Added Entry Summary Query Updates with an anticipated deployment date of October 2023.
- Please note, entries marked by * indicates a deployment that will support the retirement of the Automated Commercial System (ACS) mainframe.
Please note that this is a notional schedule and subject to change. More information regarding these deployments is forthcoming and will be provided via CSMS message.
