Following successful partial deployment of ACE Portal Modernization – Phase 2, removed initial deployment date (October 25, 2022) and updated capability highlights.

Updated Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Region Alert with an anticipated deployment date of December 15, 2022.

Updated Broker Modernization – Updates to Broker Reporting with an anticipated deployment date of December 19, 2022.

Updated Broker Modernization – Transition to National Broker Permit with an anticipated deployment date of December 19, 2022.

Updated the capability highlights for ACE Portal Modernization – Phase 3.
- Updated Global Business Identifier (Cargo Release Only) with an anticipated deployment date of Winter 2022/2023.
