CSMS #50602827 - EU Steel and Aluminum FTZ Foreign Privileged Status filing for quota rejections in ACE

CBP is aware of rejections the trade is receiving for quota entries of European Union steel and aluminum goods from FTZs. These entries were entered into the FTZ prior to 2022 in foreign privileged status and are being withdrawn in 2022 claiming the new EU steel and aluminum quota. CBP is diligently working to correct this issue.

Another CSMS will be issued once this has been resolved.
