CSMS #49963220 - FDA ACE Support: Phone Service to be Discontinued January 2022

Due to the low volume of incoming phone calls to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) ACE Support, on January 1, 2022 FDA will no longer support the phone numbers associated with ACE Support. If an inquiry cannot be resolved via email, ACE Support team members will contact the inquirer via telephone.

Reminder messages will be sent in early December and on January 2, 2022.

FDA ACE Support hours are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, 8AM-8PM Eastern and can be reached at ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov both before and after this change.
