CSMS #49600765 - Modifications to Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Regulations

On September 20, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a final rule modifying the antidumping and countervailing duty regulations (Regulations to Improve Administration and Enforcement of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Laws) (Final Rule). See CSMS Message 49456863 for additional information. On September 27, 2021, Commerce published a notice with further information pertaining to the Final Rule. Specifically, the September 27, 2021, notice provides information concerning the availability of the new scope ruling application and additional procedures to request placement on the annual inquiry service list. In addition, this notice informs the public that Commerce intends to place additional information on its website and hold informational sessions on the Final Rule.
