CSMS #46027083 - United Arab Emirates Section 232 Aluminum Presidential Proclamation 10139 REVOKED February 1, 2021

Effective Immediately: Signed February 1, 2021 “A Proclamation on Adjusting Imports of Aluminum Into the United States” (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/02/01/a-proclamation-on-adjusting-imports-of-aluminum-into-the-united-states/) revokes Presidential Proclamation 10139 (signed January 19, 2021) which subjected United Arab Emirates (UAE) imports of aluminum to absolute quota limits and exempted them from Section 232 duties.

UAE aluminum imports will continue to be processed as established under Section 232 duty filing.
