CSMS #45243862 - Information on the Deployment of the AD/CVD Flags for EAPA Evasion and Injunctions Enhancement to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE)

On January 16, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy AD/CVD Flags for EAPA Evasion and Injunctions to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This enhancement will provide trade users with two new suspension/extension codes that indicate whether an Entry Summary is subject to EAPA investigation or a court injunction.
