CSMS #42524828 - Retirement of Legacy ACE Truck Manifest User Interface (UI) Postponed to June 22, 2020
Postponement of new ACE Truck Manifest UI Cutover U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) planned retirement on April 29th of the current (legacy) Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Truck Manifest User Interface (UI) and the full transition to the new Truck Manifest UI in the ACE Secure Data Portal will be postponed to June 22, 2020. Until that time, while the legacy UI and the new UI will both be available, users are encouraged to utilize the new UI for filing truck manifests to prepare for the retirement of the legacy UI.
Transfer of Account Information to New UI The new UI was deployed on March 2, 2020 to allow users time to familiarize ahead of the full cutover. In preparation for the deployment, account data stored in the legacy Truck Manifest UI – including crew, commercial parties, and vehicles and conveyances – were transferred to the new Truck Manifest UI on February 29, 2020. However, no further account data migration will occur. Going forward, please ensure that all account information is entered in the new UI.
Additional Functionality Additional features are planned for the new Truck Manifest UI. By May 15, 2020, CBP plans to deploy the following additional functionality:
- Split Bills
- Equipment Search Criteria

Accessing the Truck Manifest Trade Portal
- Users will access the new Truck Manifest Trade Portal by using the References tab after logging into the ACE Secure Data Portal. To login, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the ACE Secure Data Portal login page (https://ace.cbp.dhs.gov), and log in.
- Select the References tab.
- In the Links section, select the Launch Truck Manifest Trade Portal button.
