Trade Policy Update for Drawback:

The new Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act (TFTEA) Combination Privilege Application Template has been posted to CBP.gov and can be accessed by going to:

https://www.cbp.gov/trade/programs-administration/entry-summary/drawback

The Combination Privilege Application was revised to adhere to the new regulations in 19 CFR part 190, which were published on December 18, 2018. This new template will replace all previous Special Privilege Application Templates listed on CBP.gov that complied with 19 CFR part 191.
