Intermittent Delays with A1 Messaging

FDA is aware of intermittent delays with A1 messaging to trade when Prior Notice is filed via the Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI).

FDA and CBP are working to process these filings as quickly as possible.

If you are experiencing a delay that is beyond mandated Prior Notice review timeframes (21CFR 1.279(d)), please contact the FDA Division of Food Defense Targeting at 866-521-2297.
