CSMS #39648463 - Local Closure for the Port of Charleston, S.C. for September 4-5, 2019

Commercial Trade operations at the Area Port of Charleston, S.C. will be temporarily suspended on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 and Thursday, September 5, 2019 due to Evacuation Orders related to Hurricane Dorian. The Custom House will be closed both Wednesday and Thursday. Commercial Trade Operations will resume normal operations on Friday, September 6, 2019.

On September 4 and September 5, 2019 local closure days are granted to all who file entries at the Port of Charleston, S.C. (1601). CBP is extending the two days without penalty, for any entry summaries and payments of duties that were due on September 4 and September 5, 2019 in the Ports of Charleston, S.C.
