CSMS #39392173 - FOR USERS OF THE FDA PRIOR NOTICE SYSTEM INTERFACE (PNSI)

On August 24^th, 2019 at 10:00 PM due to an update in the PNSI system any Web entries that have been open for 120 days or longer and contain only draft Prior Notices will be set to CANCELLED status, as well as the associated Prior Notices.

In addition, all other OPEN web entries will be set to a final status (cancelled or complete depending on whether the Web Entry has any associated submitted Prior Notices) and no additional Prior Notices will be able to be added to these Web Entries. The associated Prior Notices that are in DRAFT status will be set to cancelled. This will NOT impact the submitted Prior Notices on the Web Entry.

If filing PNSI before August 24^th, 2019 at 10:00 PM, be sure to close any open Web Entries you have.
