ADVANCE COPY NOTICE: HB-1-3555, Chapter 16, and Form RD 3555-17, Loan Note Guarantee and Form RD 3555-18, Conditional Commitment for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee

New GUS will be implemented on March 1, 2021. In preparation, the Agency has updated several chapters in Handbook 1-3555, including Chapter 16, Form RD 3555-17 Loan Note Guarantee, and Form RD 3555-18, Conditional Commitment for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee. 

 Advance copies of the revised chapters and highlights of all proposed changes are available for review for 30 days on the USDA LINC Training and Resource Library, in the SFH Guaranteed Loan Basic Training and Resources accordion, under the sub-heading “New”.
