The Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant (OHLG) closes for applications on Monday 28 February 2022 and all final payments will be made to recipients by 31 March 2022.
The OHLG was announced in December 2021 to support businesses that offer in-person services, where the main service and activity takes place in a fixed rate-paying premises, in the hospitality, leisure and accommodation sectors.

North Kesteven District Council is currently developing a vision for revitalising Sleaford Town Centre. This study will explore the potential for physical improvements within the town centre area, reviewing the 2011 Sleaford Masterplan and taking into account the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Earlier this week the Prime Minister Boris Johnson set out the Living With Covid plan focusing on personal responsibility going forward, on self-isolation for example, rather than legal requirement to.

North Kesteven District Council are proud to be part of the ‘Cycle Friendly Charter’ which Visit Lincoln has launched, to help businesses gain an understanding of how to make their business more appealing to the cycling market and benefit from the growing audience.
The Charter outlines services that should be offered to achieve Cycle Friendly status such as secure bike storage facilities and access to a first aid kit, puncture repair kit and water to re-fill bottles.
The free online course is open to all businesses in Lincolnshire and takes approximately 90 minutes to complete. Once businesses have completed the course, they will be gifted a plaque to display in their establishment, feature as a highlight on VisitLincoln.com, receive a digital badge to use online and receive printed literature to showcase they are ‘Cycle Friendly’. The initiative is led by Visit Lincoln with funding and support from Lincolnshire County Council, Access Lincoln, East Lindsey District Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, North Lincolnshire Council and North Kesteven District Council.
