Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant

The Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant is now open for applications. The primary principle of the Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant scheme is to support businesses that offer in-person services, where the main service and activity takes place in a fixed rate-paying premises, in the hospitality, leisure and accommodation sectors.

The amount businesses will receive is dependent on rateable value, changes to the ratings list after 30 December 2021 will not count towards the grant eligibility. Before applying for the Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant, please read the guidance.

We are currently developing a scheme to support the supply chain to the hospitality and Leisure sector through our limited ARG funding allocation of £174,000. We will look to announce further information in due course and recommend monitoring our website and social media platforms in the coming weeks.

The scheme will close for applications on 14 February 2022 and all final payments will be made to recipients by 31 March 2022. To apply for the Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant please see here.

Covid Additional Relief Fund

On 25 March 2021, the Government announced a new COVID-19 Additional Relief Fund (CARF) of £1.5 billion.

The fund will be available to support those businesses affected by the pandemic but that are ineligible for existing support linked to business rates. Guidance for local authorities and funding allocations were announced on 15th December 2021.

The North Kesteven scheme is currently being developed, with the aim being to contact businesses who may qualify for this relief, by the end of February 2022.
