ARG Adapt & Revive Grant

Since the Adapt & Revive grant went live in September 2021, North Kesteven District Council has supported 7 businesses with funds totalling over £100,000 so far, with applicants providing just under £245,000 in match funding for their projects.

Our latest case study highlights one of the projects we have already invested in, you can view the case study here.

Additionally, we have a further 8 applications awaiting approval that total just over £130,000 and look forward to notifying these businesses in due course upon final approval  from our internal panel.

North Kesteven District Council allocated £300,000 to this programme and the grant is still open for new applications, further information can be found on our website (please ensure you have read the full Adapt & Revive Policy before applying).

Please note these grants will be delivered on a first-come-first-served basis and due to a number of existing applications that are currently undergoing our validation process, the programme could close at any time, so please ensure your application is as detailed as possible.

ARG Start-Up Grant

Are you looking to start your own business or know someone who is planning to do so? We can offer full business support as well as financial assistance to newly founded businesses within North Kesteven.

NKDC’s Start-Up scheme allows you to apply for grants of up to £5,000 to assist with start-up costs such as the purchase of new equipment, marketing and training. The scheme will cover the purchase of new items for the business and cannot be used for items already purchased by the business (retrospective funding) or to replace an existing item in use by the business.

If you’re looking to start a new business we would encourage you to apply for the ARG Start-Up Grant. This funding is only available to businesses established on or after 12 April 2021, that will be based and operate in North Kesteven. The funding is also part of a wider package of support and therefore all applicants can expect NKDC to support them through the first 12 months of trading if required.

If you are interested in applying please view our policy and further information on how you can apply here.

Please note the Grants Team will be on leave over the Christmas period from the 22 December until the 4 January.
