Small Business Saturday returns on 4 December; the national campaign highlights the importance of SMEs to the local economy.
We are beginning to prepare for Small Business Saturday 2021 and want to encourage as many small businesses as possible across North Kesteven to get involved.
Last year a number of retailers offered a special discount for the day to encourage people to shop and support local businesses. We, in turn, promoted the offers and retailers via our social media channels.
If you wish to get involved in the national campaign you can sign up to the small business finder here, please also let us know you are taking part by emailing ecodev@n-kesteven.gov.uk so we can promote your business.
Peer Networks is a national, peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. Cohorts are made up of up to 11 local entrepreneurs benefitting from group coaching and 1-2-1 support.
SMEs in Lincolnshire are encouraged to be part of the upcoming Peer Networks Programme, which helps local entrepreneurs work together to solve common business challenges.
The groups will be focussed on high growth business across all sectors and will kick off on Tuesday 26th October, 2.00pm - 5.00pm, followed by a women's peer network starting on Friday 12th November, 9.30am - 12.30pm.

The Prince’s Countryside Fund are inviting farm businesses to join their Farm for the Future programme, which is being delivered both virtually and by local Farm Support Groups in 11 regions across England and funded by Defra. The programme will help farms to better understand how the Agricultural Transition Plan will affect the future of their business.
Farm for the Future will provide business support so farmers can manage the upcoming changes and make informed decisions about their future and discover opportunities with the ELM schemes that may financially and practically benefit the farm. The programme consists of a welcome meeting, two workshops and one to one support.
Any tenant or owner-occupied farm currently in receipt of BPS in England is eligible to join. For more information and to express interest in taking part please see here.
