Milestone moment for Discovery Court

Disc Court

We've reached a milestone in the development of our £2.2 million scheme of new grow-on business units in North Hykeham.

Called Discovery Court, the scheme spans 1.25 acres and sits within the existing Discovery Park business area close to the A46, on Whisby Road. The 15 units onsite range from just under 750 sq ft to over 2,800 sq ft in size.

We met with Lindum Group and our agent for the scheme Banks Long & Co onsite yesterday to mark the end of construction by Lindum and handover of the keys to us. We’ll share more on it soon. If you’d like to find out more about the scheme or make an enquiry, please visit

Contractors urged to show interest now in Sleaford Moor Enterprise Park works

Build and construction contractors who might wish to submit a tender for main strategic infrastructure and construction works at Sleaford’s £56 million eco-conscious business park should take action now.

The Council is urging businesses which could be interested in the major works for the site including the civils, spine road construction and delivery of phase one of units to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for these, so they don’t miss the chance to potentially tender later.

A main contractor is required for these main infrastructure and construction works, and this main contractor must also offer sub-contractor opportunities. Click here to find out more.
