 The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is developing a new regulatory model that we will implement in 2023. It's important that we publish information about this new model that helps people who work in health and social care understand how we'll regulate and what's required from them.
Over the last few months we've published information on our website that starts to describe our new model and what it means for providers. This isn't full provider guidance but should give an overview of our new regulatory model.
To improve this information and help us understand what else people would find useful, we'd like your feedback on what we've already published and what we should produce next.
