Commission Meeting Notice

The quarterly meeting of the Commission is on Monday August 13, 2018. 

The Commission will be considering proposed revisions to several rules, including clarifying changes to advertising requirements, as well as legislative initiatives recommended by the Broker Responsibility Working Group and the Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee. In addition, several contract forms recommended by the Broker Lawyer Committee will be up for adoption or proposal including the Third Party Financing Addendum, Release of Earnest Money, Notice of Buyer’s Termination of Contract and Notice of Seller’s Termination of Contract
