The SDFP Authorized Hearing kickoff community meeting was held on October 14, 2025. Thank you to everyone that attended. The material presented is here. The next meeting has been rescheduled to November 13, 2025.
The information presented in the November 13th meeting will:
- summarize SDFP Area Plan and PD 595;
- simplify zoning concepts, explaining their significance and implications;
- provide insights into how these zoning regulations function and;
- provide residents with a deeper understanding of the zoning change processes that shape neighborhoods and influence future development.
