Ballots and Bravehearts: Honoring Juanita J. Craft and the Voting Rights Act of 1965

What

The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture in partnership with the Friends of the Juanita J. Craft Civil Rights House and Museum (Friends of JCH), Junior League of Dallas, and the League of Women Voters, commemorating the 40-year anniversary of Dallas civil rights leader Juanita J. Craft’s passing and 60 year anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. The event will include remarks from the city leaders, and community leaders. This event is free and open to the public, and all are encouraged to attend.
