Dallas Park and Recreation and Trust for Public Land host news conference to announce City of Dallas 2024 ParkScore ranking
Media invited for update on Dallas’ efforts to become “Greenest and Greatest City in Texas”
DALLAS- On Wednesday, City of Dallas officials, Dallas Park and Recreation staff and leaders from the national nonprofit Trust for Public Land (TPL) will announce where the City of Dallas has landed on the 2024 ParkScore rankings.
ParkScore is a national ranking of the top 100 most populous U.S. cities' parks systems based on five park categories: equity, access, investment, acreage, and amenities, and serves as a powerful tool to help communities gain information to help them close the park equity gap. Media is invited to join news conference at Dallas City Hall where Dallas’ 2024 ranking will be unveiled.
