 Goldman Sachs Break Ground on NorthEnd in Dallas
On Tuesday, October 10th, Goldman Sachs Group, Hunt Realty Investments, and Hillwood Urban broke ground on the new NorthEnd campus in Dallas. The 800,000 square-foot office center will consolidate and expand Goldman Sachs’ workforce to one location in the new NorthEnd redevelopment, centrally located between the Perot Museum and the American Airlines Center. The project will consist of two wings, the tallest being 14 floors, and a brand-new 1.5-acre park.

 Construction Begins on Childcare Center at The Shops at RedBird
Work is underway at The Shops at RedBird as Vogel Alcove begins construction on the buildout of a new childcare facility for children ages 0-5. The Rita Sue and Alan Gold Child and Family Center will serve up to 134 children between the ages of 6 weeks through prekindergarten and offer an accredited program providing high-quality education and enrichment. The center and Vogel’s commitment to serve Dallas’ low-income and homeless families will deliver a much-desired need to the community.
