Dallas, Texas - Administrative and additional City personnel will not be available for phone or online services Monday May 25, in observation of Memorial Day. Emergency services will continue to provide services to residents. Trash pickup will not be impacted.

Both Dallas Community Based Testing Sites, located at American Airlines Center and Ellis Davis Field House, will be closed. Testing will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 26.

The Dallas Police Department will conduct a No Refusal DWI Initiative during the Memorial Day observance beginning at 6 p.m., Friday, May 22 and ending at 6 a.m., Tuesday, May 26.
