CITY OF PITTSBURGH CELEBRATES NEWLY NATURALIZED CITIZENS
WHY: The City of Pittsburgh is proud to continue its legacy of embracing diversity and inclusion, as it welcomes new citizens from around the globe. Pittsburgh stands as a beacon of opportunity, celebrating individuals from all walks of life and fostering a community where everyone can thrive.
WHAT: A heartfelt ceremony honoring 25 new citizens from 21 different countries. The newly naturalized citizens represent a rich tapestry of cultures and backgrounds, including: Cameroon, Canada, China, Colombia, El Salvador (2), France, Germany (2), Guatemala, India, Ireland (2), South Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico (2), Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
