Valued HECC Partners,

One of the key responsibilities of the HECC, established by statute, is to adopt a Strategic Plan to achieve state postsecondary and training goals. In fall 2023, the Higher Education Coordinating Commission launched a public process to update its Strategic Plan.

Your perspective is essential as HECC works to create a Strategic Plan to support a postsecondary education and training system that will benefit all of Oregon.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey linked here and below. Confidential responses will be accepted until the end of the day on March 15, 2024. Your input will inform the priorities and direction for the Commission. Thank you.
