Meetings of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) administrative rules hearings are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws.

Aligning HECC Rules with Oregon Health Authority Psilocybin Services Educator Standards

Rules Summary: 

583-030-0035 - In lieu of meeting the requirements stated in OAR 583-030-0035(4)(c)(B) an applicant for approval as an instructor of an Oregon Health Authority-approved psilocybin facilitator training program must submit proof that the psilocybin educator is identified with a program approved by the Authority. This administrative rule is specific to psilocybin programs at degree granting institutions only.
