BOARDMAN – Effective May 26, 2026, the following ramps will be closed at all hours. These closures are necessary for rail and fence removal and installation as well as deck repairs and bridge upgrades.

  • I-84 EB Exit 159 off-ramp to Tower Rd NB - May 26 to June 2
  • I-84 WB Exit 159 off-ramp to Tower Rd SB - June 3 to June 10
  • I-84 WB Exit 159 off-ramp to Tower Rd SB &
    I-84 EB Exit 159 off-ramp to Tower Rd NB - June 11 to July 9

Note: This is impacting Tower Road only, the up and over ramps will remain open.

Detour

When the I-84 eastbound Exit 159 off-ramp to Tower Road northbound is closed continue on I-84 eastbound then reverse direction to I-84 westbound at Exit 164. When the I-84 westbound Exit 159 off-ramp to Tower Road southbound is closed, continue on I-84 westbound then reverse direction to I-84 eastbound at Exit 151.
